1.     Grad Tickets
Students can pick up grad tickets tomorrow June 1st if you have paid your Grad Fees. Grad Fees are due by tomorrow. Everyone gets three tickets guaranteed. An extra 4 can be given out on June 1 to students on a first come first served basis until we run out.
2.     Yearbooks
Grads, we only have 35 yearbooks left available for purchase.  Come and order yours today.  Cost is $45.
Mary Poppins
Mary Poppins, a fun, exciting and magical story is running in Chandler Hall from tomorrow, Wednesday, June 1 to June 4 at 7pm.  Get your tickets now, $10 each, available at the office.
Talent Show
Attention Barsby staff and students.  The talent show/dance performance showcase is fast approaching.  If you want to see the talent that Barsby has to offer, come out and support your fellow students Tonight.  Doors open at 6:30 and the show starts at 7pm.  I hope to see you all there!
Selfie students:
Today is your last chance to get in ALL your permission forms and waivers for the final field trips of this year. 
The Lower portion of Chandler will not be available for student use until this Friday, June 3.

Need help with your homework/classwork?  Barsby Study Hall is after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays in room 234 from 3:45 - 5:00.

Code of Conduct


Barsby is a PBIS (Positive Behaviour Intervention Support) school and we promote positive behaviour through modelling and clearly defined expectations. NLPS Threat Assessment Protocol
Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools (NLPS) are committed to a safe and supportive environment for all – students, parents and staff. We take all threatening comments and behaviours seriously. Parents and students should be aware of the district’s threat /violence risk assessment protocol. Threat assessment is the process that is followed when a school becomes aware of a threat made against a student, staff member or the safety of the school building and its occupants. Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools will follow up on every reported threat.
