    The Barsby Class of 2015 Fashion Show is March 5th at 7PM in Chandler Hall. Tickets $10 at the door, all funds raised by this event go to support Prom 2015.​

Grade 12’s
Attention Grade 12’s.  Please be aware you must fill out a separate Ministry Dogwoods Award application.  The deadline is March 6th – This Friday.
Grad 12’s planning on going to BCIT check out the BCIT Entrance Awards.  Information is on the bulletin board in counselling and available online.  Valued up to $4000.00.  Check it out.  Please read Monday – Through Friday next week.
Students planning to attend Vancouver Island University listen up!  On March 19, through 25th there will be a number of events on campus for future students.  Pick up an information card in the counselling office.
VIU Future
There will be a VIU Future student tomorrow night, March 3 at the Beban Park Social Centre for future and soon to be VIU students, parents and guardians.  It will run from 5:30-7:30. 
Junior Football Registration
Junior Football Registration Night is Today in Chandler Hall at 6 PM.  Players need to bring a parent with them.
Sr. Football
All boys currently in grades 10 and 11 who want to play football this coming season need to see Coach Stevenson ASAP to secure their 2015 registration package.  Packages are due to be returned by 3 PM Today.
All Boys Grades 10, 11 and 12 Who are interested in playing Rugby this April need to meet in Coach Stevenson’s Sr. Alternate Room at the start of lunch Tomorrow.
Food Safe

Spectrum and Transitions
Reminder that Spectrum and Transitions will take place on Tuesday in Room 209 for all students involved.
Bulldog Theatre
All members of Bulldog Theatre are reminded that technical crew work begins this week on Wednesday and Thursday morning at 8 am.  All members are welcome to attend, no experience necessary.
Fashion Show Tickets
John Barsby is having their first Grad Fashion Show this Thursday March 5th 7 pm in Chandler Hall. Tickets are being sold in front of the office at lunch this week and at the door. Come check out our Grads sporting the latest in the world of fashion. Tickets will be $10 and all of the proceeds with help fund the glamorous Barsby prom.
Red Cross training
Please can students who are interested in doing the Red Cross training on Thursday and Friday return their permission forms to Mrs. H in the counselling office ASAP.
Fab Five
Given that students have more time to get to class between classes, five students picked at random found in the hall after the bell will be given lunch time detentions. These students will be chosen by your caring Principal and Vice principals. This campaign will begin March 2nd. You have been warned now get to class on time.
