Students at Fairview are involved and active members of their school community.  There are many ways to engage with your school.  Sports are always popular here with soccer, touch football, floor hockey, volleyball and basketball being the main team sports.  Cross-country and track and field are other fun activities offered to students.

The school skipping club, "The Red Hot Chilli Steppers" practices each Friday and will be entering the Christmas and Victoria Day parades this school year.  We have a grade 6/7 band for interested students and fine arts performances are a big part of the grade 6 and 7 year. 

Big Buddies, Student Council (Gr.7) and Self-Managers are other ways for students to demonstrate leadership and to help make Fairview a great place to learn and play.  Most important, students are encouraged to try their hardest, enjoy learning at their own pace, and to ask for assistance from adults when they need help.
